Charming hotel with room for improvement
The unique charm of this place captivated me! I appreciated the complimentary wine hour, which fostered a warm atmosphere among guests. However, the shower's lukewarm water was disappointing. Future travelers should request an earlier breakfast if they have early flights. The Bellavista area nearby is vibrant and teeming with great restaurants.

The daily wine hour provided a perfect opportunity to unwind after a day of exploring, complemented by a cozy lounge ambiance.
We encountered a lapse in housekeeping services on one day despite having made a request.

The vibrant ambience and unique historical charm stood out during the visit, especially the delight of sipping wine during the evening hour, which fostered a cozy community atmosphere among guests. Breakfast offerings were enjoyable, especially the fried eggs, setting a nice tone for the day. However, a lack of elevator access for upper floors may pose a challenge for some, and the need to ring a bell for entry felt inconvenient at times. Lastly, the wait for breakfast to begin after 7:30 am could be a drawback for those needing an early start.

Couple seeking romantic getaway
Had a beautiful room with a balcony view it was very nice to sip wine there and watch the world go by. The staff was very attentive especially during the evening wine hour making sure we had everything we needed and gave us tips on where to eat around the area which was helpful.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what you get.
